مالطة				وثيقة ستوكهولم (1967): أودعت حكومة مالطة إخطارا أشارت فيه إلى رغبتها في الاستفادة من أحكام المادة 38(2) من وثيقة ستوكهولم الخاصة باتفاقية برن. ودخل ذلك الإخطار حيّز النفاذ في تاريخ استلامه، أي في 21 سبتمبر 1970. وطبقا لأحكام المادة المذكورة بات بإمكان مالطة، التي كانت عضوا في اتحاد برن، لمدة خمس سنوات اعتبارا من 26 أبريل 1970، وهو تاريخ بدء نفاذ الاتفاقية المنشئة للمنظمة العالمية للملكية الفكرية (الويبو)، ممارسة الحقوق المنصوص عليها في المواد من 22 إلى 26 من وثيقة ستوكهولم الخاصة باتفاقية برن، كما لو كانت ملتزمة بتلك المواد.
