I've had this TV for about five weeks. It's good for the price. Although last night I had a weird occurrence. I switched to the HDMI ports and got a green screen. Thankfully, unplugging the TV for 10 seconds fixed the problem. I just hope this doesrnt start happening regularly.

This is an amazing TV for the price point. Absolutely zero complaints, very easy to use and switch between apps. Picture and sound quality are great, and the tv weighs very little. However the remote control seems to be defective as it rarely works unless I take the batteries out when I use it, every single time, and switch them up (ie, top battery moves to the bottom, bottom to the top). I’ve replaced the original batteries that came with it with new ones several times and problem persists. Remote does not engage with tv unless batteries are switched. I see no option to report this, or request a new remote so I’m stuck with a great tv with a super annoying remote. One star knocked off due to this remote control issue.

I only have data on my phone and no other wifi in the house. My current phone plan gives me 60 gigs of data for $39. 4G.
Took it out of the box and used my phone to do all the setup and updates - all without a hitch - a little slow because of the 4G but hey! It worked and I’m not paying a monthly bill for home internet:)
Watched a movie on Amazon Prime Video no problem.
Not sure how to switch between HD and HD1080 manually so I left it on automatic. The movie played in HD1080. My total data use yesterday which included all my phone use, the TV setup, and a HD1080 movie was just over 3 gigs of data. Which means I can watch about 20 HD movies a month on my current data plan. And if that runs out we can switch to my wife’s phone and she has another 60 gigs at 5G! So it looks like goodbye to expensive fibre optic internet fees for me.
Was very impressed by the simplicity of the design and how light the TV is! If setup was easy for me using data I would imagine it will be super fast and easy with wifi.
One small omission in the setup booklet - no discussion of the remote and what the buttons do - but it’s a simple remote to begin with and I found help easily online.
