There was a problem filtering reviews right now. Please try again later.
The sound quality is nice and crisp, they do not sound tinny like many headphones in this price range. Like many reviewers have mentioned, the headphones have good bass to them, not overpowering but you can definitely feel it.
The build quality is good, not top-of-the-line good like a $300 pair of Sennheisers, but definitely feels like you have a good product in your hands. The earcups are very comfortable, I wear glasses so many pairs I owned in the past were uncomfortable to wear with glasses on but with these I had no such issues. My only complaint in build quality and aesthetics is the buttons feels/looks a little cheap, but again for this price range it's to be expected.
The noise-canceling and transparency mode is very good. In transparency mode the sounds do not sound robotic at all, another problem I had with other headphones. Noise canceling does a great job, it will cancel out 80-90% of the noise from my neighbors lawn mower. It works so well that I can't even hear myself speak with it on.
There is also very little sound leakage when they're on your head, even on max volume.
Another huge future these has is multi-point pairing. You can have them paired to 2 devices and switch between them on their own. It stops working so well when you try to pair it with more than 2 devices though, I find the auto-switching no longer functions properly and you will have to manually disconnect/connect. This shouldn't be a problem for most people but I have 2 phones, a tablet and a laptop that I use them on. I might wait for them to go on sale again and buy another pair so I only have 2 devices paired per headphone.
My only complaint is that I went with the Oats color, it looks very nice and premium in pictures but in real life they look like faded white plastic, but this is of my own doing. I wish Anker just made this is white instead of this cream color. Had I known how the Oats color would look in real life, I would've just went with the black pair instead. My friend has the blue one and it's very nice as well, it's a dark rich royal blue color that makes the headphones look much more expensive than they actually are.
Overall, for $50 before tax (they were on sale), you'll be hard pressed to find anything better for the money, they sound and function better than my Beats Solo which is more than double of what I paid for these.

The Q20s were becoming outdated due to micro usb (no USB C) charging, and no app support, and the lack of transparency mode if I'm not mistaken. That has now changed, and this can now be adjusted via the in-app equalizer, and also supports USB C charging and transparency mode.
Additionally, they get as loud as the Q30s, and dare I say, they have BETTER BASS! and better instrument separation. The bass is tighter and more punchy, but still definitely has that boom/rumble capability in electronic and hiphop/rnb/rap tracks, without distorting at high (almost max) volume.
The noise cancelation is VERY close, if not on-par with the Q30.
They look better than the Q30 as they don't have the tacky gold logo.bI much prefer the black on black, but that's me.
The build quality is superior to the Q30s. The hinge is as thick as the headband and simply pivots, whereas the Q30 taper to a narrow pivoting hinge which has had many complaints of it breaking and many photos of this in the Amazon reviews.
The battery life is the same as the Q30.
The controls are a bit cheap feeling, but they work fine.
The earpads are now the same as the Q30s. The headband is also very plush and comfortable. The fit is slightly tighter than the Q30 but I don't see this being a bad thing if you're moving around and even working out. It's definitely a plus. I felt the Q30 were looser.
The shape of the cups is a bit more attractive than the Q30, according to preference, of course. I had read someone's comment stating that the Q30 look like kids earphones, I must admit that after seeing them in person, compared to these, they do.
Okay, so no case with these, not even a bag, but, Its not a big deal. You can buy an Anker/Soundcore case on Amazon for about 25.00. Don't let that stop you from getting these, as I maintain they are now the best bang for buck headphones in the Anker lineup. I haven't tried the Q35 or Q45, but I have read enough complaints that neither of them is any worthwhile upgrade to the Q30s, and the Q20i is simply a better sounding, better built, better looking, and better priced headphone.
Top reviews from other countries
ANC is boven verwachting goed.
Klare Kaufempfehlung!
