This was very easy to set up and started catching indoor fruit flies right away. One sticky pad was full in about a week so we swapped it out with a fresh sticky pad. On the Sticky pad you have to pull white paper off to activate the sticky pad. The problem is I’ve bought two of these now and both of them are not easy to remove the paper!! I’m not kidding when I tell you it took me 10 minutes all my strength to pull that paper off and it kept ripping and everything was one big sticky mess! It is unbelievable extremely sticky, but you can’t get the paper off it ripped my hand touched the thing now my hand very very sticky. I can’t get it off my hand either! I tried all kinds of wash, nail polish remover and everything but turpentine, really annoying! So if you don’t mind dealing with it then buy it because it does work, but I’m not kidding when I tell you, it is hard to get that paper off! I think it could be less sticky and still be able to handle a little gnats and flies moths etc.! So unless it melted being delivered to me I don’t know….. BUT IT SHOULD’NT!!

After Hurricane Beryl, and being without power for several days, we ended up with so many flies! I got a one of these and placed it in an ares that seemed to have the most flies. It worked so well. It seem to really work the best at night, if it's are the only light, but it has done the trick. I bought these because of the promotion. Seemed to be exactly what I needed . Unpacked and left on my workbench for a week or so. When I finally got around to setting them up I found that there was no where I could place them. One unit will take up a whole duplex, I can't put in bottom plug or it would cover the top but surprise, surprise when put in the top plug it still covered the bottom plug. I have quad outlets at my workbench so thought I would try that (not where I wanted them) but one unit prevented the use of any of the 2 duplexes (or 4 plugs). Too late to return so I guess I'll just have to eat them. Sounds as though they are really great if you willing to give up a complete duplex where you would like one located.

This actually works, I went and purchased a different one because I was having a problem getting replacement cards, you guys make it do hard to get repkacement cards, it takes almost a month so I went and a different plug in I had it plugged in for five days it did not catch one fruit fly. So I'm back trying to get replacement cards. But thus plug in works good.

Excelente producto. Ha sido muy eficaz con esas pequeñas mosquitas de fruta que apenas y las ves pero q no puedes atrapar ni con la raqueta. Lo dejo encendido de noche y amanecen algunas ya muertas.
Ya no me paso haciendo bizcos cuando las veo volar cerca de mis alimentos o frutas.
