My ‘catch’ is actually less than 24 hours. I’m pleasantly surprised that this thing works. After my Amazon package arrived with these I went to Sam’s club and they actually had a 2 light pack with 6 cartridges for about the same price, $29. I bought those as well not even knowing if these were working! Anyways I’m glad I bought these because they are in fact working when we’ve tried so many things. Aunt Fannie’s only works for about a week and then nothing. Even a small bowl of a little wine or something sweet…. That’s always in the way and of course it’s in danger of being knocked off the counter. I also have house plants that can’t go outside and that is really where these gnats come from but they end spreading all throughout the house. Right now I have these two I bought off Amazon and the ones I got from Sam’s club around the house. I also like the light feature as we have nightlights out so no one trips during the night. Those are always full of these gnats so these traps are doing double duty. Hopefully these traps will continue to work and keep them buggers away!

It’s the time of year when pesky bugs, particularly the ever multiplying drain flies, are plentiful. By the time we see them and clean the drains, they’ve already multiplied and are everywhere. We’ve tried all the home remedies to catch them but they only catch just a few. The Zevo bug spray is fantastic but only if you hit the bugs directly. So we decided to try the traps. To say these work incredibly is an understatement. They’re super easy to load, no mess, and can be maneuvered in different ways to fit your plug. We bought the two-pack and placed one near the kitchen sink and another near the bathroom sink. They look great because they shine like a calm blue nightlight and the easy grab tabs on the cartridges help you avoid any stickiness or messing up the cartridge. The first picture I attached shows the trap in the bathroom just after 24 hours-so incredible! Now we can just use the spray for the few stragglers. These were such a great product for the value, that we’ve already ordered a couple of more for the laundry room and living room. Highly recommend!

One Plug-in Base in Package Defective but Amazon replaced it

I bought a package with two plug-in bases and 4 cartridges. One of the plug-ins was defective. (Yes, I tested it in multiple live outlets to be sure). Amazon was great in fixing the problem without having me (and them) waste valuable time and resources to return an item that would go in the trash. I've had a Zevo going in my house for over 6 months and it's been awesome at catching bugs. So I was trying to buy more for the house when I got this package set. I want to buy another package with the credit Amazon gave me for the defective item, but honestly, I am afraid to buy this set again for fear it's a production issue for this particular package set. But I will definitely buy more Zevo. It's expensive but it REALLY works well and I only replace the cartridge about every 3 months. They stay sticky and attractive to bugs forever! Love this product but wary of this package. I still might go for it and hope it was just a fluke.

I was skeptical at first, but have been so pleasantly surprised by this gadget. It really works! Last summer we had so many fruit flies. There's nothing like coming back to your cup of coffee and you have a dead fruit fly floating in it. Eww! So, this year I was looking for something that would actually work. This plugs in to any outlet and emits a blue light, so you get a fly trap and a nightlight in one. It definitely attracts flies and other flying insects. We have caught full sized flies in addition to the mini ones. I am actually surprised by the amount of flies it has caught. Who would have thought there were so many flies in our home that we don't even see?

I had an infestation and was using apple cider vinegar traps and caught 20-30/day. I plugged this in and within a few days had hundreds trapped. I believe another egg hatched because more came out all of a sudden. You need to kill the eggs to stop them from mating. This trap is hidden in the corner with an open bottle of cider vinegar next to it and works like a charm. I may buy another to help clear out the whole house even faster. I gave 4 starts because for sticky tape and a nightlight, it’s expensive.
