I ordered these strip lights for my self and when I installed I noticed some issues in these lights as only half roll was working. I was very sad after this. After that I sent them an email that i found in the box, describing about the issue in strip lights and I asked them that how can I return these lights. I got their reply just within an hour and they said I don’t need to return them back and they sent me new lights on my same address. Honestly, I got new lights within 24 hours and this is really really awesome. I am so surprised that they really care about their customers. Thank you sooo much for your service. These were easy to use. As many others have said, I could not get the remote to work but the app works fine.

I did have a couple quality issues:

- One section on one of the rolls randomly turned a different colour than the rest of the roll, and doesn’t seem to want to reset no matter what I do.

-One entire roll didn’t work at all.

The seller, however, responded immediately and sent me another full set without asking for the first one back. I appreciate their response time and how they resolved the issue.

The lights look great, especially for the price.

I renovated a house and used these everywhere, they're so cool, color options are great, remote works but you need to leave the sensor sticking out - not the end of the world. Depending on the situation your using them in - you may be left with a lot extra, unfortunately there's nothing you can do with them. I tried looking into just buying additional transformers, but they cost more than just buying another complete set, So close your eyes and just throw out the extra. i was paying $75.00 just for the transformer from my local lighting store plus the led strips. the price on these are just fantastic.
