We chose this window film as it is the "cling" style and not the adhesive style which means it can be removed easily if required. We will never remove this as we can now have our blinds fully open without anyone being able to see in in the daylight. It only makes the room slightly darker and our plants are thriving with the extra light due to our blinds being open longer. On the outside, it looks either mostly black, with a little bit and not much of, the mirror effect we were expecting which is great. We really like this product and love the ease of installation and the fact that no adhesive is used.

I was so looking forward to the dreamy rainbow window as seen in the listing. However you will quickly release it’s likely not how your window will look most of the time. At night, you see this solid metallic orange block on window. During the day, it did turn into a metallic blue block covering your window. Without bright sunlight, I guess the film is just too solid to let light through. There are also visible streaks of the color so it doesn’t speak quality. I’m really pissed as this essentially turned your window into a wallpapered wall. No thanks! I will be removing it. I was hoping to add some magical feel to the kids bathroom. This is NO WHERE near. Total waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend unless this is somehow the effect you are looking to achieve.

This is a good solid product and great for the price. The only thing I found challenging, was cutting it properly. However, I've had 2 windows covered for a week now and have had no issue. They seem to cling really well, but it was tough to get it perfect without bubbles. It is opaque, so I know my neighbors can't tell what's inside my house You can see a colors but not really shapes. It's definitely great for privacy and a good price.

The second image is above my work desk, and I like some natural views to actually see outside so I cut out a few lines to allow for that. This is after almost two months of being up. Everything stays put and is just like I first installed it.

Chose this because of the great reviews. But it was a horrible experience. Firstly, I just couldn't separate the film from the sheet at the edge. Gave up after 10 minutes and called the Mrs. with longer nails. It was quite a struggle for her too. When we finally managed to, the protective sheet just couldn't peel off properly, tearing in multiple places after which it was impossible to remove the sheet. Tried 3 times. Had the same problem. In the end, my patience just gave away and I ended up dumping it in the bin. I'm surprised to see so many customers had it so easy. It was a real struggle for me and the Mrs. who tried too after I gave up. She called it quits after the second try. Defective/Fake product?
