Sections[edit]

Don't need them when they are only one paragraph each of modest size. The "Overview" section especially, since the part before the sections is the intro or lead. Just delete the header to lengthen the intro. The others, I also think should go but not as certainly. If the article grows more paragraphs with more refs, the headers can come back.
