I just uninstalled this app after using Lyft for years! They've changed their process for resolving disputes, and I can't even so much as send an email. There was a major issue tonight and the app keeps sending me in circles. I went online to try and find support that way, instead receive a notice they no longer operate on the web. Bye Lyft! You've just lost a loyal customer!!! You should never be a company without some form of customer service. The supposed "resolution pages" aren't cutting it!

App is very disfuncional and the pricing makes no sense. If you request a priority pickup, and for whatever reason the driver takes longer than the expected time you won't be refunded the additional fee for priority pickup. Also the system constantly glitches when trying to request a new ride since the previous driver rating and tip screen keeps popping up.

Overall, my experiences with the Lyft app have been good. I think they fixed the fact that drivers could see the name of your Favorites on their app. However there is another big issue. You cannot end a ride once it has started in the app, the driver is the only one who can. I had a situation where a driver dropped me off then continued to drive around and around the block without ending the ride. I presume to get more money, leaving me unable to use the app to get another ride back home.
