Rough service. Misleading app experience. It'll say driver is X mins. away & no matter what happens the time NEVER readjust. Very frustrating when you need to decide to cancel to try to find faster option. Additionally, you pay for a 1 min. wait ride & they'll make you wait 3 - not an issue usually, but I paid +$3 just to be told it's the same as the 'wait & save'. Customer service (IF you can find how to contact a person) might as well be AI as they seem to only give minimal responses.

Scheduled pickup from a fairly remote place in Florida for 10am to make a flight in afternoon from airport 2 hours away, weeks in advance! Got confirmation fairly quickly, then again the night before and again 1 hour before, only to be cancelled 5-10 minutes before. Left me, my wife and 4 and 6 year old stranded in remote area, 90 degree heat, scrambling to get a taxi which took over 3 hours. Missed flight back home. They have no way to speak to anyone about this. Could have ended very badly...

I just uninstalled this app after using Lyft for years! They've changed their process for resolving disputes, and I can't even so much as send an email. There was a major issue tonight and the app keeps sending me in circles. I went online to try and find support that way, instead receive a notice they no longer operate on the web. Bye Lyft! You've just lost a loyal customer!!! You should never be a company without some form of customer service. The supposed "resolution pages" aren't cutting it!
