The Program Management Sr Mgr role will be responsible for leading Project Manager and Project Engineer roles as part of the Strategic Initiatives and Program Planning organization. This delegate will have oversight of standards, key process improvements and leadership of the team relative to ADP new Program pursuits and will be the next line escalation POC for Project Managers and Project Engineer staff through day to day operations and will set the baseline standards for PM and PE roles.
Prior Leadership experience and/or attributes are desired. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical, cost and schedule experience in support of shaping standards and optimal dynamics in support of Project Managers and Project Engineers
