Responsibilities
Responsible for providing leadership to Card Services staff by delegating, providing direction, assisting with problem recognition and resolution and assisting with escalated problems.
Establishes and maintains service goals and expectations by evaluating service touch point volume (ticket system, phone calls, emails, etc.).
Manages process improvements within Card Services, to increase operational efficiency and staff productivity.
Maintains compliance with card rules and regulations governing credit union products. Responsible for regulation compliance goals by remaining abreast of regulation changes and related legal team guidance.
Manages staff resolution efforts to serve credit union membership while protecting credit union assets.
Qualification Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
One to three years’ related experience and/or training.
Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
