Job Title: Infrastructure Manager

Job Location:

Job Description

      

  •      Data Center Management:

      

  •      Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of data centers.

      

  •      Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and data integrity.

      

  •      Manage data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and physical security.

      

  •      Networking:

      

  •      Design and manage enterprise-wide networking solutions.

      

  •      Ensure robust network architecture, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.

      

  •      Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

      

  •      Security:

      

  •      Implement and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.

      

  •      Oversee the deployment and management of firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and anti-virus solutions.

      

  •      Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

      

  •      Infrastructure Operations:

      

  •      Ensure the reliability and efficiency of IT infrastructure.

      

  •      Manage server infrastructure, including virtualization and cloud services.

      

  •      Oversee storage solutions, including SAN and NAS.

      

  •      Team Leadership:

      

  •      Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, including network engineers, system administrators, and security specialists.

      

  •      Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

      

  •      Vendor Management:

      

  •      Manage relationships with hardware, software, and service vendors.

      

  •      Oversee the procurement of infrastructure-related products and services.

      

  •      Ensure vendor compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

      

  •      Budgeting and Planning:

      

  •      Develop and manage the infrastructure budget.

      

  •      Plan for future infrastructure needs, including capacity planning and technology upgrades.

      

  •      Align infrastructure strategies with business objectives.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

      

  •      Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.

      

  •      Strong knowledge of data center operations, including physical and virtual environments.

      

  •      Expertise in networking technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.

      

  •      Proficiency in security frameworks and best practices (e.g., SOC, ISO 27001, NIST).

      

  •      Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

      

  •      Excellent leadership and project management skills.

      

  •      Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

      

  •      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
