Sugarloaf is seeking personable and friendly people to work as sales agents in our reservations call center. A Sugarloaf Call Center Reservations Agent plays a key role in helping guests plan their Sugarloaf vacations. A Reservations Agent is expected to manage a high volume of telephone calls to assist guests in making their lodging reservations; in selecting resort packages and lift ticket options; and must also be able to respond to guest queries regarding a wide variety of additional resort offerings. Responsibilities
Respond to a high volume of phone calls to assist guests with reservations and inquires
Be knowledgeable of resort offerings and events to assist guests in their vacation planning
Be able to develop knowledge of the resort and surrounding area to respond to general guest questions
Be able to forward guests with complaints/concerns to supervisor for resolution
Have the willingness to be trained on reservation software
Qualifications
Knowledge of industry and area preferred but not required.
Prior customer service/sales preferred but not required.
Willingness to learn is a must
Must be able to multi task, be well organized, and be detail oriented
Must be available weekends/nights/holidays
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School Degree or GED equivalent
