Surety Bonds Account Assistant

The Leavitt Groups' affiliate, Leavitt Insurance in Las Vegas, NV is looking for a Surety Bond Assistant Account Manager to support the Sr. Surety Account Manager in their office. The ideal candidate is confident in their customer service skills and the ability to communicate easily with a variety of clients, carriers, company personnel, and others.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and processing new and renewal submissions from our Producers/Account Managers.
• Manage agency requests and communicate directly with the agent to gather needed information.
• Research and gather needed information to be able to understand bond form questions and refer to UW and/or Team Lead when necessary.
• Act as a resource for the Team and processing work as needed.
• Ability to underwrite and process miscellaneous License and Permit Bonds, new and renewal.
• Data Entry and Invoicing in AMS360.
• Gather and maintain client spreadsheets of current bonding.
• Manage special projects and assignments as needed.

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in an orderly and timely manner.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity and drive to develop positive working relationships with Team and Agents by working to find solutions that are beneficial to all involved.
• Proficient in MS Suite products.
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• P&C License or be able to obtain within 90 days.
• Notary Public or be able to obtain within 90 days.
