As Director, Marketing & Membership, you'll have the opportunity to shape the narrative in the industry, elevate the membership experience, and drive impactful results through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to promote the and drive membership, growth and retention.
Lead membership recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs, leveraging internal resources and collaborating with the Membership Committee to enhance the membership value proposition.
Coach and develop a diverse team of professionals in the Marketing & Membership department, fostering a high-performing and inclusive work environment.
Ensure clear and effective communication with members and industry stakeholders through various channels, including websites, print, email, and social media.
Oversee the planning and execution of member meetings, maximizing engagement and utilization while meeting budget requirements.
Supervise the efforts of the Information Technology Systems and Web Manager, ensuring data and website security and supporting staff with IT services.
Coordinate and support industry initiatives utilizing promotional efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external resources to support policies and industry marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
Proven track record of successful company re-branding.
Proven organizational and team management skills, with at least five years of supervisory experience.
Thorough knowledge of marketing campaign development, testing, deployment, and analysis.
Ability to create and manage budgets, membership programs, and drive high ROI.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite of business software.
Must have a creative & proactive mindset and able to produce a strong portfolio
