Grand View Health is looking for a friendly and energetic Receptionist to join our Radiology Department.
The Receptionist is responsible for a wide variety of functions, such as handling the arrival and/or departure of patients, handling patient calls and inquires, coordinating patient appointments, updating patient insurance/billing information and performing point of service activities to ensure quality of care to the child, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient.
Candidate must have good communication skills, and the desire to make a positive impact on the lives of patients. Must have the ability to multi-task, take initiative to complete job duties in a timely manner, and be responsible.
Schedule Ability to work during the day or evening, based on department needs.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma/GED And Over 1 year to 3 years related office experience within a medical atmosphere required
