We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant with a background in Psychology to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our research projects by conducting data pre-processing and analysis, including working with audio data and performing behavioral coding on team interactions.

Responsibilities
What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
Work with audio data, including transcription and coding.
Conduct behavioral coding on team interactions using established coding schemes.
Assist in the design and implementation of research studies.
Collaborate with the research team to interpret and present findings.
Maintain organized records and documentation of research activities.
What We Can Offer
The hiring rate for this position is $20.00 per hour.

Temporary positions at the University of Colorado are not benefits-eligible, however, all positions are eligible for paid sick leave .

What We Require
Experience with data analysis and familiarity with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python).
Proficiency in handling and analyzing audio data.
Strong skills in behavioral coding and familiarity with coding software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
