Summary
The Email Production Coordinator, reporting to the Digital Producer, will support seasonal production and coordination of email campaigns. A basic understanding of email marketing, web technologies, and content management systems is required. The role will require a very organized, detail-oriented, and proactive person.
Position Elements
Coordinate with departmental stakeholders to manage email build and deployment schedule
Build email campaigns with an eye towards user experience, ecommerce conversion, and customer engagement
Route institutional emails, coordinate revisions, and make edits
Ensure all content, images, and links within the email are accurate and functioning properly
Perform QA checks across email clients and devices for accuracy and responsiveness
Import, manage, and segment email lists to ensure correct targeting
Schedule email campaign deployments
Prepare campaign analysis and reports, as needed
Edit email templates to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
Work with the Digital team to develop and continually improve email modules, templates, processes, and documentation
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements
1 year of experience working in a performing arts organization, digital agency, or marketing department
Knowledge of HTML/CSS, Adobe suite, and CAN-SPAM compliance
Experience building and sending emails with an ESP and online editing tool (ex. ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Salesforce, Wordfly, Mailchimp, CampaignMonitor, etc.)
Impeccable attention to detail and highly organized
Self-motivated and proactive
Excellent communicator; both written and spoken
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsible and capable of meeting tight deadlines
Enjoy working in a collaborative environment
Dedication and commitment to engage in and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the staff, vendors, and within interactions with the surrounding community is a must
Pluses: Experience with Tessitura (or other ticketing/CRM system), familiarity with email automation platforms, secondary language fluency
