Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

The Senior Accounts Payable Analyst is a proactive, analytical individual with excellent communication skills. You must possess efficient time management and organizational abilities to manage the various projects you will work on and inquiries you will receive in this role.

Functions to perform in this role:

· Vendor inquiries (i.e., payment status, payment remits, invoice status (cleared/not cleared)

· Vendor reconciliations and monthly calls with vendors to discuss aging and payment status

· Prepare payment files to upload to third party service provider

· Request all payments in the system across various parameters (MOS filters, media type filters, different system connection for each payment type and company)

· Works with third party service providers to resolve any issue(s) holding up payment processing

· Prepare daily payable report

· Prepare all void requests forms for approval and maintain required documentation

· Prepares all AP manual entries

· Offsets payables, as needed

· Assists with various ad hoc analysis

Experience:

· Experience in media industry

· 4+ years experience in Accounts Payable

· Preferrable experience with MediaOcean software

· Advanced Excel skills

· Strong Communication skills

The annual compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 based on experience.
