Senior Manager

Senior Manager to lead engagements focused on strategic advisory and enterprise transformation. Your time will be dedicated to the Private Markets industry, helping leading private markets investors define their future vision and bring it to fruition in an efficient, innovative and scalable way. • Ability to stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business
• Ability to build strong relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels and to consistently deliver quality client services
• Ability to independently shape the approach to solving problems and effectively communicate problems and potential solutions to the client and colleagues
• Ability to confidently lead requirement elicitation sessions with client stakeholders through interviews or working sessions
• Constant development of your understanding of current market trends and processes, and sharing your knowledge to develop junior colleagues
• Understanding of our clients' unique ambitions and needs and the ability to refer them to colleagues in teams and areas to broaden our business relationships where possible
• Understanding of the tools, processes and applications used by Private Markets firms and their clients
• Passion for teaching our clients new methods and ways of working
• Strong communication skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities in a client's operating model to execute more effectively
• Proven ability to lead consulting engagements, and manage client expectations with limited oversight from Director level management
• Ability to lead a small team of more junior resources, taking accountability for delivery of deliverables in collaboration with Engagement Leads
