Currently we’re recruiting for a Benelux portfolio manager for one of our divisions at our office in Hoofddorp or Brussels.

What are you going to do?

I take responsibility of the tactical horizon of the supply chain 0-12 week, where the Supply-Chain needs to be agile and adapt to ensure smooth operations when unplanned exceptions occur. I work with a high level of agility and business acumen in order to mitigate the impact on the customers and on the business results.

As a portfolio manager you’re (amongst others) responsible for:

• Ensure a qualitative management of the Open Portfolio, in collaboration with different stakeholders, to improve the service level and gain in anticipation:
• Optimize short-term availability/stock allocation for Promotional orders and coordinate the action plan in case of shortages.
• Manage the pre-Sales along the year (before, during and after the period) by providing regular overviews and follow-up to the Business
• Manage the campaigns (sun, coffrets etc), in strong collaboration with the business, and the warehouse.
• Know the impact of PTF actions on the monthly turnover, to be able to alert when it´s necessary.
• Sharing Beauty with all : Orders optimization in collaboration with the warehouse, to avoid empty transportation, and improve our carbon footprint.

You

• Are in the possession of a Master’s degree
• Have a clear affinity with Supply Chain and the dynamics of FMCG
• Possess strong analytical skills
• Are inquisitive and looks for opportunities to improve the overall results
• Can set priorities in a VUCA world
• Speak English, and either Dutch or French
