We are seeking a DYNAMIC contratcs adminstrator for the ATL area!

As the Contracts Administrator, you are responsible for analyzing, editing and redlining a variety of contracts, and responding to requests for proposals. In this role, you will work with our in-house legal team, senior management, and our sales staff to manage the entire contracts process and support our efforts to gain new business.

Responsibilites

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including drilling contracts, service agreements, purchase orders, and subcontractor agreements.
  • Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify potential risks and propose appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor contract performance, track deliverables, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Manage contract changes, amendments, and extensions.
