Global Program Manager

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a Global Program Manager to manage the global EAP product of the company. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Strategy but will also work closely with CuraLinc's Sales and Client Success teams to support CuraLinc's global book of business.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serves as the Subject Matter Expert for Every Facet of CuraLinc's Global EAP Product
• Manages CuraLinc's Global EAP Vendor(s) to Ensure Quality, Consistency of Service Delivery and Operational and Financial Efficiency
• Acts as the Primary Liaison Between CuraLinc's Internal Teams (Sales and Client Success) and CuraLinc's Global EAP Vendor(s)
• Participates in All Global EAP Implementations as a Subject Matter Expert
• Supports Sales and Client Success in responding to New and Upsell Global EAP Opportunities

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• BS/BA Required
• Project Management Skills and Experience
• Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
• Sound Organizational Skills
• High Attention to Detail
• Financial Acumen
• Ability to Multitask in a Fast-Paced Environment
• Prior EAP Experience a Plus
• Prior Account Services Experience a Plus
