Job Description: HR Business Partner
Summary:
Join our dynamic HR team as an HR Business Partner. This role is key in forming strategic partnerships across HR functions to deliver value-added services to management and employees, aligning with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Solutions: Provide comprehensive HR support in employee relations, performance management, and training.
- Policy Implementation: Collaborate with management to implement HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, offering guidance to managers.
- Employee Engagement: Lead DEI initiatives, conduct surveys, and organize corporate training and events.
- Talent Management: Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting and career development.
- Compliance: Ensure HR policies comply with legal requirements and align with organizational values.
- Data Analysis: Use HR metrics to provide insights and support decision-making. Maintain department records and recommend improvements.
- Communication: Foster effective communication between HR and business partner groups.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Windows and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Qualifications:
Skills and Knowledge:
- Expertise in employee relations, training, policy implementation, and multi-state employment law compliance.
- Adaptability to change and quick learning in a dynamic environment.
- Strong teamwork, especially in international settings.
- Excellent project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of HR experience; international experience is a plus.
- Broad HR expertise, strong business acumen, and experience in leading change.
- 1 year of international HR Experience
Will offer 1 day a week to work from home
