Job Description: HR Business Partner


Summary:


Join our dynamic HR team as an HR Business Partner. This role is key in forming strategic partnerships across HR functions to deliver value-added services to management and employees, aligning with organizational objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • HR Solutions: Provide comprehensive HR support in employee relations, performance management, and training.
  • Policy Implementation: Collaborate with management to implement HR policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, offering guidance to managers.
  • Employee Engagement: Lead DEI initiatives, conduct surveys, and organize corporate training and events.
  • Talent Management: Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting and career development.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR policies comply with legal requirements and align with organizational values.
  • Data Analysis: Use HR metrics to provide insights and support decision-making. Maintain department records and recommend improvements.
  • Communication: Foster effective communication between HR and business partner groups.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Windows and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).


Qualifications:

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Expertise in employee relations, training, policy implementation, and multi-state employment law compliance.
  • Adaptability to change and quick learning in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong teamwork, especially in international settings.
  • Excellent project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of HR experience; international experience is a plus.
  • Broad HR expertise, strong business acumen, and experience in leading change.
  • 1 year of international HR Experience


Will offer 1 day a week to work from home
