A leading global architecture and interior design firm is looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead efforts for the Western region. This role is essential for providing strategy and guidance to the Executive team regarding all marketing and promotional efforts for the region.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced, global, deadline-driven creative environment. This is a hybrid role located in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
Has a deep knowledge and experience working in core sectors – hospitality, urban, mixed-use, and high-end residential
Has experience managing significant marketing efforts independently, working closely with senior leadership
An expert in external communication and copywriting with experience in pinpointing relevant key messaging to key clients and target audiences
Strategizes with Business Development team to guide messaging
Collaborates with the complete marketing team to build and strategize communications
Qualifications:
B.S./B.A. in business administration, marketing, or communications
At least 7 years of experience in a professional services environment in a marketing/communications role
Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
Working knowledge of marketing and communications analytics
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
Knowledge of the tourism and hospitality sectors
