As a National Account Manager, this individual is responsible for increasing Savor Imports sales with Commercial and Non-Commercial National Accounts. This position will manage headquarter relationships securing profitable product(s) agreements delivering against the territory sales plan.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Initiate and direct sales calls with National Account Headquarter contacts.
  • Work with Savor Brands procurement team and various Dot departments to execute new product placements and LTO campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Dot Foods National Account Sales team to enhance Dot Foods value proposition at National Accounts.
  • Attend industry specific conferences/meetings.
  • Manage National Account contract pricing.
  • Achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • CRM entry and management for sales activities.
  • Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste.


YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable Dot experience.
  • Five years foodservice sales experience.
  • Effective communication, consultative selling, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to work independently with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft office programs.


YOU MAY ALSO HAVE

  • Experience selling specialty food products to commercial and non-commercial National Accounts.
  • Ability to develop and work within budgets.
  • Culinary Skills.


ROLE SPECIFICS

  • Travel – Occasional overnight travel (6-9 nights per month) to other company facilities or outside facilities for training. Must have the ability to travel independently as needed, without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train.
