Summary:

A global leading dairy manufacturer is looking to bring on a new Senior Project Engineering Manager, This position will be full time on site in Cedarburg, WI, relocation assistance available if needed. Reports directly to the Plant Manager and Director of Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure mechanical and electrical support for production and facilities.
• Collaborate with management to enhance safety, quality, and equipment reliability.
• Lead capital projects to meet scope, time, and budget goals.
• Implement preventive maintenance using a computerized management system.
• Enforce compliance with regulations and corporate standards while promoting safety and environmental responsibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; relevant experience may be considered instead.
• At least 7 years of engineering experience, with preference for dairy industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of team supervision or management experience.
