RCM Start-up Lead Tech/ System Analyst

Job Summary

FSI is looking to hire an RCM Start-up Lead Tech/ System Analyst. This position will be part of a traveling team that provides RCM start-up, Inventory/database review and implementation and other specialized Task across all company jobsites which covers the entire globe.

Responsibilities Include The Following. Other Duties May Be Assigned.

  • Stand up RCM programs for various field business units.
  • Verification of RCM-Eligible Equipment.
  • Complete Equipment Criticality.
  • Setup Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) procedures for RCM-Eligible Equipment.
  • Develop and submit RCM Implementation Plan to the program manager.
  • Coordinate RCM Data Collection with on-site staff.
  • Provide RCM training to ensure qualified/certified personnel are in place to administer RCM.
  • Assisted and oversee the schedules and project timelines for RCM start-ups.
  • Monitor the scheduling, completion, and documentation of RCM tasks.
  • Provide RCM baseline date report.
  • Maintain drawings, building files and maintenance records during the RCM Start-up.
  • Communicate RCM project expectations to team members and subcontractors.
  • Evaluate and assess RCM Project status after the start-up and provide recommendations for improvement if needed.

Position Is Also Responsible To

  • For other non-full RCM sites this position will conduct Infrared inspections for the electrical systems, Roofing Systems, and Building envelope.
  • Assist in the OMPR and/or RPIE validation on as needed bases.
  • Assist in site assessments and provide all collected data to the Travel Team Lead
  • Assist with Fire alarm/suppression inspections and testing as needed.
  • Observe and follow all safety rules and procedures, including wearing the required personal safety equipment.

Qualifications And/or Certifications

  • Must have at least ASNT Level 3 Certification in their specialty field, ASNT Level 2 in a Secondary technology with the ability of attaining others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license, insurable driving record.
  • Willing and able to travel to various business sites.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a NACI (National Agency Check with Inquiries).
  • Will have either Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) credentials or be in the process of securing them.
  • Will have the 10 Hour OSHA General Industry Training Certification and the 30 Hour OSHA Construction Safety & Health Training Course.
  • Will also have or gain proficiency required RCM software.
  • Must be willing to Travel up to 75%.

Education And/or Work Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Three (3) years related experience in healthcare facilities.
  • Minimum of 4 years of Condition Monitoring (CM) experience.
  • Shall possess knowledge of assigned mechanical equipment fundamentals.
  • Shall have detailed knowledge of predictive and preventative maintenance tools.
  • Shall have a working knowledge of routine and advanced data acquisition techniques as they apply to condition monitoring technologies, including oil analysis, thermography, motor current analysis and ultrasonics, and their integration with vibration analysis.
