We are seeking a Building Engineer to join our Greenville team. The ideal candidate will ensure our owners and tenants are provided with the highest level of client service.

Responsibilities
Assist with oversite of all commercial building systems including fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical issues.
Ability to understand systems and perform operations in a commercial office building.
Respond quickly to emergency situations (including fire, evacuation, equipment failure) and customer concerns.
Communicate effectively with the Property Manager and Tenant Coordinator on operational issues.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair electric, plumbing, HVAC, door hardware.
Ability to read, understand, and utilize wiring diagrams, schematics, drawings, and blueprints.
Conduct daily tours of the premises to identify any building problems and inspect all mechanical equipment.
Work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure work is done according to property guidelines.
Inspect property on a regular basis with Property Manager to ensure building operations are performing according to Trinity Partners’ standards and procedures.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of computers and email.
Proficient in the use of work order systems.
Ability to work with little or no supervision in a team environment.
Proficient in the use of hand and small power tools.
Ability and willingness to work safely in all weather conditions.
Ability to perform on-call duties as required.
Ability to display a professional image and attitude.
Handle other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of two years’ experience in commercial building maintenance desired.
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to multi-task and interact with tenants and vendors.
Excellent understanding of building systems.
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, required.
Valid drivers license required.
Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs, ladders.
Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
