As a Pre/Post Sales Engineer for accessFlow and AccessWidget at accessiBe, you will be at the forefront of driving success for our pioneering web accessibility solutions. This role demands engaging with potential and existing customers across medium to large enterprises, demonstrating our products' unparalleled value and capabilities. You will conduct compelling demos and develop tailored Proof of Concepts (POCs) that showcase how accessFlow and the sophisticated implementation of AccessWidget can meet the diverse needs of our upmarket clients. Following the sale, you will lead the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional customer experience. Bridging the gap between sales and technology, you will play a pivotal role in both pre and post-sales activities, championing customer satisfaction and product success.


Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sale - Demos and Proof of Concepts

  • Perform dynamic and informative demos for accessFlow and AccessWidget, highlighting their benefits and addressing the specific challenges of medium businesses to large enterprises.
  • Develop and execute customized POCs that demonstrate the effectiveness of our solutions in real-world settings, particularly emphasizing the sophisticated implementation processes required by upmarket clients.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executives to deeply understand the needs of medium and large businesses, ensuring demos and POCs resonate with their specific accessibility goals.

Post-Sale - Implementation Leadership

  • Guide new clients through the implementation of accessFlow and AccessWidget, focusing on the advanced integration needs of upmarket clients.
  • Offer technical expertise throughout the implementation phase, tackling challenges and ensuring solutions meet client expectations.
  • Facilitate feedback loops with the product team, recommending improvements or new features based on insights gathered from clients’ experiences.

Customer Success Support

  • Act as a technical consultant, helping customer support and customers optimize their use of accessFlow and AccessWidget.
  • Provide training and support to ensure customer-facing teams are proficient in utilizing our solutions and comprehending web accessibility principles.
  • Resolve technical inquiries, aiming for high satisfaction levels and successful product usage.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a pre/post-sales engineering role, with a focus on technology or web accessibility.
  • Proficient in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP).
  • Ability to write scripts or simple code for automation - Advantage
  • Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG) - Advantage.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical details to a non-technical audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail.
  • Agile problem-solving abilities and quick thinking.

  • The salary band for this position ranges from $125,000-$130,000 and this will be based on your experience and skill sets.
