About The Job
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Benefits Analyst to join our global Total Rewards team. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing and collaborating to our global strategy, functional design, and administration of OneStream’s health and welfare, retirement, wellbeing, leave and accommodations, and time away plans and programs. This position will report directly to the Sr Manager, Global Benefits and will play a critical role in shaping our benefits programs to drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
Administer and manage global benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other employee programs
Complete benefit billing, reconciliation processes, benefit auditing, record keeping, and benefit reporting
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations globally
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company goals
Analyze benefits data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Liaise with brokers, benefits providers, and vendors to help negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and resolve issues
Ensure high-quality service delivery from external partners
Support and help create content and seamless experiences for new hire benefit orientations and enrollments to ensure employees understand their total benefits and make informed decisions around these offerings
Provide regular and ongoing guidance and support to employees regarding benefits enrollment, claims, and inquiries
Contribute to employee experience efforts and help support benefit change management programs
Lead and participate in global benefits projects, such as implementing new benefits programs or improving those in existence
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to Accounting, Finance, Legal, People Operations and various Works Councils
Identify realistic opportunities for automation of manual tasks and scale of the benefits function
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by leadership

Desired Skills And Experience
Required Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
4+ years of experience in benefits administration, design, or consulting
Strong knowledge of global benefits regulations, best practices, and trends
Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to solve practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable to handle dynamic situations with little advance notice
Recognizes confidential, sensitive, and proprietary information and maintains confidentiality
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Self-motivator with fervent desire to learn
