The Corporate FP&A team is seeking a Director to develop and scale a higher performing team in support of Snowflake’s growth. In this role, you will lead the Company’s annual and long-term financial planning processes, publish monthly and quarterly financial reporting to executive leadership as well as internal stakeholders, and help drive data-driven decision making across the organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
Own the operating plan, which includes long-term planning, annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and monthly management reporting of financial performance
Partner across various Finance functions (Corporate Development, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, etc.) for internal reporting, as well as to ensure accuracy in the Company’s outlook
Influence key decision makers in the Company to deliver on long-term growth and profitability of the Company
Lead, manage, and scale an outstanding Corporate FP&A team
Prepare presentations for Company leadership, as well as the Board of Directors, that clearly articulate the financial direction and position of the Company
WHAT YOU'LL NEED :
Have 10+ years of FP&A experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles
Works well across various teams with strong project management skills to coordinate between multiple groups in order to deliver projects on time
Have experience leading an FP&A function and implementing best practices
Demonstrate strong leadership and mentorship skills to develop and manage a high-performing team
Possess exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex financial challenges
Possess strong financial modeling and analytical skills; comfortable producing flexible financial models based on loose and fluid assumptions, comfortable working in ambiguous situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to summarize detailed information in order to make actionable recommendations
Have a big picture view of the Company, while being able to dig into details when needed
Working knowledge of GAAP and non-GAAP financial metrics

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
The estimated base salary range for this role is $190,000 - $283,500.
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
