NO COLD CALLING. EVER. We provide fresh and hot leads daily.
You'll be compensated per driver hired as this is a 1099 position.
Collaborate with client-level managers to grasp current staffing needs and offer regular updates on applicant status.
Guide qualified applicants through the carrier/client application process, ensuring all necessary documents are submitted to each carrier/client.
Coordinate applicant orientation sessions, manage travel and lodging arrangements, and address any obstacles preventing applicants from attending scheduled orientations.
