Vaco Phoenix is looking for an experienced Office Administrator for a top client in Phoenix, AZ. This person will be in charge of managing the office, filing, data entry, and day to day administrative duties. This position is fully onsite and interviewing immediately.
Responsibilities: * Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on meetings, and appointments. * Reach out to clients to keep projects moving along. * Manage administrative duties with a high level of detail and organization. * Maintain and update client files and records, ensuring they are current and accurate. * Answer multi-line telephones in a professional and timely manner. * Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels. * Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed. * Handle any incoming company inquires and provide appropriate responses or direct them to relevant stakeholder.
Required Qualifications: * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Creative approach to problem solving, both independently and as part of a team. * Ability to maintain a professional manner under stress. * Experience with heavy scheduling and management of calendars. * Detail-oriented execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization and prioritization. * Strong technical and computer skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, etc. a must. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
