Solutions Architect

Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Architect to join our team and play a key role in designing and implementing innovative technology solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, and ensuring successful project delivery.

• Select and recommend appropriate technologies based on project needs and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and present technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and solution specifications.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the IT landscape.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring junior team members.
• Work collaboratively with other Solution Architects and engineers to ensure consistent and high-quality solutions.
• May participate in pre-sales activities and engage with clients to understand their needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or a similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of various IT architectures (cloud, on-premise, hybrid).
• Expertise in designing and implementing solutions across different technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, databases, networking, security).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in working with offshore teams.
