The Technical Services Specialist is a crucial team member who provides worldwide technical service support to our neurology product line.
What you’ll get to do in this role:
Adhere to all Quality System procedures impacting product or service quality for customers.
Provide advanced technical service support for all products, addressing and resolving technical issues with customers and field personnel.
Offer on-call support during evenings and weekends as per scheduled rotations.
Maintain the Service Request (Siebel) database, documenting customer interactions in compliance with FDA regulations and departmental procedures.
Coordinate with Sales, Field Organization, Shipping, Manufacturing, Inventory Control, and Finance to ensure timely product delivery.
Participate in Quality Improvement Teams and identify problems, offering recommendations to enhance department efficiency.
Transfer product knowledge and assist colleagues with work-related issues, providing global support to Authorized Service Centers.
What we are looking for: Basic qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two to four years of related experience and/or training in Technical Service.
Mathematical Skills
Proficiency in probability, statistical inference, geometry, and trigonometry.
Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Technical Skills and Certifications
Knowledge of network protocols (UDP, TCP/IP, Ethernet, HTTP).
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows 7, XP, 10, 2000/2003; Windows Server 2003/2008).
Proficiency in software (MS Office 2003/2007/2010; SQL Server 2000/2005/2008).
Experience in hardware troubleshooting and PC repair.
Networking skills, including troubleshooting and Citrix Server knowledge.
Additional Experience
Experience in a call center and familiarity with call tracking systems (e.g., Clientele or Siebel).
Preferred Skills:
Recent completion of Network+, A+, and MCSE certifications is an asset.
Experience with medical device industry and clinical settings
(EEG/Sleep/EMG/IOM) is preferred.
Travel Required: Less than 5%

Natus Pay Transparency Details The pay range for this position is $44,000-72K annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
