Perkins&Will New York is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist with 0-2 years of experience and sound business acumen ready to join our growing practice located in Mid-Town Manhattan.

Common and Baseline Responsibilities of Accounts Payable Specialist:

  • Receives and verifies expense reports.
  • Reconciles expense and other financial reports with account balances and other office records.
  • Facilitates payment of vendors, which may include verifying federal ID numbers, reviewing purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.
  • Processes payments for vendors, consultants and employees.
  • Able to work and interact with departments throughout the organization.

Salary Range Information

At the time of posting this job advertisement, the annual pay salary range for this position in New York is between $62,100 and $79,300 commensurate with qualifications and professional experience.
