A well-known, global investment firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a small team of senior executives in their NYC office! The ideal candidate will have experience supporting busy executives in the finance industry, amazing organizational skills and a 'can-do' attitude! Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for executives including detailed meeting coordination
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Coordinate global travel arrangements
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Finance experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
