Position Overview: In this role as an IT Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in providing top-tier technical support across our nationwide team. In this dynamic position, you'll troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues, configure and set up user accounts and devices, and contribute to a collaborative, fun work environment. This role starts out as temporary with the potential to be permanent.

You will:

  • Be the Go-To Tech Guru: Provide top-notch first-tier technical support to our employees.
  • Solve Problems: Respond to Service Desk tickets and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
  • Setup & Configure: Manage user accounts, workstations, phones, computers, printers, and other devices.
  • Make an Impact: Ensure smooth operations and help make everyone's work life easier.

You have:

  • Education & Experience: Any IT-related education or a High School diploma with 6 months of IT support experience (school program experience counts!).
  • Tech Skills: Solid knowledge of PC hardware, mobile devices, Microsoft Windows 11, MS 365, macOS and MS Office.
  • Physical Ability: Lift 10lbs frequently, 30lbs occasionally, and bulky 60lbs items with assistance.
  • Networking Basics: Understanding of LANs, network protocols, IP addressing, and remote connectivity is a plus
  • Communication Pro: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with all associates.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (possibility of after hours or overtime hours on occasion)

Location: Everett, WA (100% in-office)

Pay: $22.00-$25.00/hour
