Job Description
This role is located in San Francisco, CA, Sunnyvale, CA, New York, NY, or Chicago.

The Sr. Program Manager will be a key member of the Global Programs team within the Global Business Organization (GBO). They will be mapped to GTM Enablement, acting in a chief of staff capacity to the VP of GTM Enablement and serving as a member of the leadership team to make the business more productive and successful. They will define operating priorities, drive organizational efficiencies and rhythm of the business activities, and deliver strategic initiatives to help the business achieve its goals. They will build connective tissue across leaders, teams and programs to create leverage, optimize growth and scale the business.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to act as a partner and advisor to executive leaders at LinkedIn ranging across operations, sales, finance, marketing and other cross-functional teams. The Program Manager’s leadership on strategic & operational initiatives will help influence the growth trajectory of the GTM Enablement business.
The role partners with a NAMER-based global leader (CST time zone) with the expectation you will be able to predominantly work those business hours, with the ability to flex to APAC/EMEA/LATAM regional hours as needed. Some travel may be required.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day thought partner for VP of GTM Enablement & serve as member of the GTM Enablement leadership team
Steer development and execution of GTM Enablement strategic priorities
Drive operational rhythm and effectiveness, including leadership team meetings & offsites, QBRs, OKR management, and annual & quarterly planning process
Project manage strategic initiatives to support the growth of GTM Enablement and GBO
Develop and manage new processes to drive cross-functional focus and prioritization
Dot connector between what is happening at the macro level (e.g., company, GBO, GTM Ops wide) level and the impact it may have at a micro level (e.g., GTM Enablement, functional teams)
Use problem solving skills to logically structure ambiguous problems, conduct data-driven analysis, extrapolate key insights, and deliver recommendations
Learn quickly, be agile and proactive, as well as assume ownership for broad tracks and global workstreams
Advocate and influence at all levels of the organization
Coach and mentor others to ensure the team has frameworks, training, and resources needed to provide best-in-class program management partnership
50%-time allocation:
Operational rhythm of the business activities (e.g., lead team meetings, offsites)
Business planning & prioritization (e.g., alignment on priorities, FY investments)
Represent VP or GTM Enablement in some cross-company projects
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in technology internet industries or in management consulting
5+ years of experience in program management or strategy & operations
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven track record of program management for large, cross-functional, strategic enterprise-wide programs
Experience using data analysis tools such as Excel, G-sheets
Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication, experience with senior level management
A love for change and an ability to thrive in a complex and fast-moving environment
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams in decision-making processes
Intellectually curious, strong emotional intelligence, resilient, passionate and doesn’t take themselves too seriously
Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous workstreams
Experience working on or in global Enterprise businesses
Experience with change management

The pay range for this role is $107,000-$175,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
