The main function of a customer service representative is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. A typical customer service representative is responsible for determining the client’s issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both.
Job Responsibilities:
The main function of the national accounts associate customer service representative is to work with program managers to ensure completion of all administrative and operational tasks associated with all national accounts are completes. Job Responsibilities: • Dispatches client requests and follows up with field, posting, and data entry. • Prepare invoices, reports, letters, financial statements, and other documents. • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence. • Prepare responses to correspondence, including faxes and emails. Skills:
Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Education/Experience:
• Associate’s degree preferred. • 0-2 years experience.
