Natus Medical Incorporated is seeking a Key Account Operations Manager to join their Natus Sensory Team. This role is remote-based in the USA, with a focus on enhancing operational aspects of customer journeys for critical clients in hearing and balance care.
Key Responsibilities
Sales And Relationship Management
Generate new sales and foster enduring client relationships.
Conduct discovery sessions with customers to understand workflows and challenges.
Recommend solutions that align with business offerings.
Operational Excellence
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Manage forecasting, installations, trainings, and technical support.
Strategic Initiatives
Work with Key Account Manager of Growth to prioritize resources and implement strategic initiatives.
Develop and review annual and monthly key account sales forecasts.
Contract Management
Facilitate contract negotiations and maintain pricing agreements.
Customer Engagement
Address customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and trust.
Conduct regular meetings with key account customers to review goals and project initiatives.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in health or life sciences preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Hearing Care industry with experience in key account management and/or sales operations.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and project management abilities.
Travel: Up to 70% travel required.
