We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for helping the Account Managers coordinate invoices, orders, and the post-sale process.
Responsibilities:
Managing the post-sale process; to include artwork proofing, invoicing, and shipping quotes.
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates.
Handling orders by phone or email, and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure all artwork and orders are being processed proficiently and effectively.
Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
Develop a knowledge of the company's products and services to create solutions for customers.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, operations, or other related fields
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
