As an Unmanned Systems Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) in alignment with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and our commitment to excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct UAS operations safely and effectively while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction through positive interactions and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily UAS operations with a focus on safety and success.
Adhere to company policies, client procedures, and regulatory standards.
Uphold compliance with the Company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Program.
Serve as a representative of our organization, maintaining a positive image.
Provide regular reports to clients and management regarding staffing, project status, and site locations.
Ensure utilization and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) for organizational success.
Utilize KPIs to enhance customer value and satisfaction.
Maintain Currency Of Experience As Required By The FAA.
Meet FAA expectations for UAS operations.
Stay informed of customer flight department requirements and adhere to Aetos Flight Manuals.
Foster effective communication between the company, clients, and staff.
Cultivate a safety-conscious work environment.
Adhere to Human Resources policies and procedures.
Maintain open lines of communication with leadership for operational success.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Maintain an exceptional HSE record.
Minimum Requirements
Ability to obtain an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot License; preference given to those with a Part 61 Private Pilot License.
Ability to obtain an FAA Medical Certificate.
Experience with UAS operations (including hobby-level experience).
Strong understanding of and commitment to conducting safe UAS operations.
Proficient problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.
Excellent computer skills with the ability to adapt to new software and interfaces.
Safety-focused mindset.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Essential Physical Functions
Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs.; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
