We are currently looking for a Project Manager, position to be filled at Helmond.

Qualifications & Experience

• The successful applicant will plan and manage projects of energy storage systems. This role is spanning all work post the order to ensure the successful installation in time. This includes checking specifications and customer expectations with sales, generating a bill of materials, check items on stock, keep track of production progress, make sure documentation is complete and shared with relevant parties, plan installation on-site. The Project Manager is also the contact for service and maintenance work after sales.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience
• Fluent in English

About the job – key responsibility areas

The Project Manager is the link between production, service and sales.

The successful applicant will be fully accountable for the entire project management, including the coordination and organization of the related project work streams. This will involve the full supervision from start to finish, including on-site visits, control of the construction and progress and discussions with the customer and third party installers :

• Check electro-technical drawings
• Prepare Bill of Materials
• Keep track of items in inventory / items to be purchased
• Inventory management of critical parts
• Keep contact with outsourced manufacturing partners

The role will also need to support the execution of SAT (Site Acceptance Tests). It also involves coordination of the production and installation / service operations in defined time window, and alignment with production manager and sales team.

Expected time on-site (customer and/or supplier): 10%.

Technical & Personal Competencies

This role demands strong project management, planning and organising skills and a strong desire to collaborate and drive customer excellence. The Engineer manager needs to have hands on mentality.

The role requires strong communicative skills as you will be the first contact for the customer during production and installation and acceptance of the storage system.

The ability to use IT tools (Pack Office) is essential for the successful completion of the assignments.
