Who We Are:


CRBN Pickleball is all about performance and innovation. Our founder, Garrett Gosselin, is a long-time, high-level pickleball player. After testing and using pretty much every paddle on the market, it became clear to Garrett that a paddle with the perfect combination of power and control wasn’t out there. Garrett took it upon himself to design his own paddles that he could use in tournaments. It wasn’t his intention to start a business–he just wanted a paddle that could take him to the next level. 


After a huge amount of prototyping and R&D, Garrett finally found the perfect design which ultimately became our CRBN1 paddle. Garrett started playing with it in tournaments and his local club. As he excelled, more and more people asked where they could get their hands on these sleek new paddles he was playing with. That was his “aha moment” and CRBN Pickleball was born.


That never-ending drive for perfection and performance is still the driving force behind CRBN. We’re a company of pickleball players that love the game and community surrounding the sport. Come join our team!

Who We Need:


We’re looking for a highly motivated, tech-savvy, people person


This position is the first point of contact for new and current customers, which means in many ways you’ll be the voice of our business! 


We are a small start up, so having a growth mindset is non-negotiable. This position requires multi-tasking and the ability to perform multiple different functions as needed. As an online business, everything we do here revolves around computers and technology, so it’s important that you know your way around Google Drive and are eager to learn new apps. 


We have very passionate customers, which means some days they want to tell you a 45-minute story about how much they love pickleball and some days they expect you to have the weight and measurements for all our products handy. It’s important that you look forward to talking to people about pickleball and be able to roll with the punches if things get difficult.


Primary Responsibilities include: 

  • Answering customer questions via phone, email, and live chat
  • Processing phone orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Engaging with customers on social media to answer their questions and help solve problems
  • Tracking returns, customer complaints, and other important customer metrics. 


Day-to-day tasks will vary, but you will be dealing directly with customers for most of your day. If you are interested in eCommerce, this is a great learning opportunity. Prior experience with online customer service or in the pickleball / sports industry is helpful but not necessary. 


We will train you on anything you need to know, but familiarity with any of the following softwares is a plus:

  • Shopify
  • ClickUp
  • Reamaze
  • Slack


Location: This is a remote role open to US residents in California and Florida


Position Specifics:

  • This is a full-time position, 36-40 hours/week
  • The schedule is to be determined (we will work with you to find a time that works well for you, our customers, and our team)
  • $10-16/hour depending on location and experience 
  • We’ll pay you in CRBN pickleball paddles and gear (and obviously in real money too!)
  • We’ll help you pay for your local pickleball club dues
  • Stipend for your home office setup
  • Paid vacation and sick time
