Must Haves

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a strong preference for steel manufacturing.
• Demonstrated success in leading high-growth teams and managing a P&L within a dynamic industrial environment.
• A track record of strategic planning and successful execution of comprehensive growth plans.
• Extensive knowledge of business processes, management, budgeting, finance, and operations, particularly within heavy industrial engineering and manufacturing sectors.
