Your Role

VS&Co’s Talent team is seeking a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Learning Manager for the Leadership, Learning & Development team to support the organization’s commitment to a happy, healthy, and inclusive culture where all associates have an equitable chance at success. This person will lead and support the development and execution of enterprise-wide diversity, equity & inclusion learning strategies that reflect the business’s DEI priorities. In this role, this person will plan and drive execution of all aspects of DEI learning programs including needs analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation.

This position is based in Columbus, Ohio and has monthly in office expectations.

Your Impact

  • Conducts training needs assessments and analyses to determine specific training needs. Regularly reviews DEI learning & development needs of associates across the enterprise. Partners with HR & DEI to identify and satisfy annual training plans and intact team learning needs; sets learning goals, objectives, and content topics to address skills gaps.
  • Leads our efforts to partner or create innovative development experiences using modern instructional design methodologies and current modalities; serves as a Learning and Development internal consultant to the DEI team to support subject matter experts in developing and delivering content; designs participant materials and preparation tools and resources for programs; effectively manages vendor relationships.
  • Works with leaders to identify actionable steps and leadership commitment for training programs. Works with leaders to identify pre and post measurements needed for ROI on major learning initiatives. Provides reporting and analysis on training reporting available through LMS.
  • Participates in, leads, or manages cross-functional project teams. Effectively manage projects within portfolio inclusive of deliverables, budget, vendors, partnerships, and internal communications.
  • Develops and coaches selected associates to facilitate courses; facilitates identified courses or class sessions for associates of all levels, including senior leaders.

Minimum Salary: $82,500.00

Maximum Salary: $112,665.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Learning and Development, Human Resources, Curriculum and Instruction, Communications, or related field; or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years related experience with exposure to Learning and Development, Organizational Design and Development, or Diversity, Equity & Inclusion with advanced experience in instructional design, training philosophies, principles, and practices.
  • Preferred experience in DEI learning, IRG or business engagement.
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships; excellent partnering and teaming skills.
  • Strong detail orientation.
  • Superior written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivation to manage workload to completion.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other on-demand, online meeting, web conferencing and video conferencing applications.
