IT Project Manager (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and successfully complete IT projects within the allotted timeline and budget within the IT department
• Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Create comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members
• Lead and coordinate project staff and resources to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of project management experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a project life cycle
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management, or change management
• Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across various departments
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office and project management tools
• Agile methodology exposure
• Working knowledge of change management and performance evaluation processes

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, management, engineering, OR related field is preferred
• Master's degree or an advanced certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, is preferred

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
